Every hangout starts in a public meeting place. Buddies are identity-checked before they appear on the site, and every booking has a support path.

Hangout Buddy is not a police, medical, fire or emergency-response service. Call the Vietnamese service above first — then, if you need help being understood, we can try to help with that.

What we can help with

Once you are safe, the next problem is usually that nobody can understand each other. That part we can help with.

  • Basic translation of what you are being told
  • Explaining your situation to a hotel, a driver or a hospital reception
  • Helping you work out the sensible next step
  • Putting you in touch with local assistance where we can

A person answers, not an automated system, so this is not instant and must never be relied on in place of the emergency services above.

What Hangout Buddy is for

Hangout Buddy is for travel and social experiences only — showing you the city, sharing an activity, translating, and good company. It is not a dating service, and no sexual service of any kind is offered, requested or permitted.

This protects both people. A Buddy arrives knowing exactly what was agreed, and so do you. Anything outside it can be reported below and is grounds for removal from the platform.

What we do on every booking

Buddy verification

Identity and selfie match are recorded before a Buddy can appear or receive bookings. The badge only shows after the check is completed.

Public first meeting

The first meeting place is always a safe public place approved for the booking. Both people see the same spot.

Private contact

Chat happens inside the website. Phone numbers stay private unless the approved process requires sharing.

Check-in / check-out

Both people can confirm arrival and safe completion — time and user are recorded.

Safety & Support button

One working button on every booking opens help with your booking details attached. A real support person handles the case.

Cancellation & replacement

If either person cancels, you see exactly what happens: refund or a replacement Buddy.

Verified reviews only

Only a completed booking can leave a public review. Fake or manual reviews cannot appear.
